PROJECT SUMMARY
A. I2I has been working with SEP Tech for more than a year contributing in Test Automation and Accela customization and implementation.
B. Accela is a highly configurable and customizable application designed for Government efficiency and grow communities. It has been implemented in multiple US municipalities and other government organizations.
C. Customization and configuration of Accela for multiple clients and automation of test cases using Test Architect tool is where I2I has been contributing.
D. Team Organization Structure : 2 automation resources and 1 development resource.
E. Technology used: Java, JavaScript, SQL databases. For Test automation, Test Architect.

1. Accela is a very dynamic and flexible application which must be customized and configured for each customer.
2. High degree of customization increases the required testing efforts. Given the limited timeframe to do the customization and testing, it is challenging to complete the implementation within the given time and cost.
